Biography

Grace Thapa was born and raised in Queens, New York. While living in Virginia for the last 10 years, she has embraced the outdoors and accepted her new seasonal allergies. Grace has over fourteen years of healthcare experience, including serving as a U.S. Army Healthcare Specialist/Medic, Clinical Technician and Registered Nurse.

Grace enjoys teaching clients as well as fellow medical professionals. She has served as an adjunct lab faculty at George Mason University for four years.

While working at the Acute Pulmonary Unit, Inova Heart and Vascular System, Grace sought to learn more about how to help prevent her patients from returning to the hospital, which gave her an opportunity to return to George Mason University and earn her Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP) degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. She was awarded the DNP Scholarship and Leadership Award.

Grace and her husband, two daughters and dog reside in Woodbridge, Virginia.
